Fare Types and Conditions of Application

When selling transportation, Asman Airlines uses a wide range of fares for your choice. For each type of tariff, the conditions for its application are established. We recommend that you read the conditions of the fare you have chosen when buying a ticket. Asman Airlines reserves the right to make changes to the fare rules without prior notice.

1. Fare Types and Conditions of Application

1.1. General Provisions

1.1.1. Asman Airlines applies various fare types, the conditions of which are determined by these Rules and fare application conditions.

1.1.2. When purchasing an air ticket, the passenger must familiarize themselves with the conditions of the applicable fare.

1.1.3. Fare conditions effective at the time of ticket issuance constitute an integral part of the contract of carriage.

1.1.4. The Carrier reserves the right to change fares and their conditions of application prior to the conclusion of the contract of carriage.

1.2. “Full Economy” Fare

Includes:

• checked baggage — 15 kg

• cabin baggage — 7 kg

Refund and change conditions:

• more than 48 hours before departure — 15% of the fare is withheld

• less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before departure — 25% of the fare is withheld

• less than 24 hours before departure — refund is made with retention of up to 100% of the fare

1.3. “Flex Economy” Fare

Includes:

• checked baggage — 15 kg

• cabin baggage — 7 kg

Refund and change conditions:

• more than 72 hours before departure — 5% of the fare is withheld

• less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before departure — 10% of the fare is withheld

• less than 24 hours before departure — 25% of the fare is withheld

• after departure — refund is made with retention of up to 100% of the fare

1.4. “Full Economy” Fare (International Flights)

Refund and change conditions:

• more than 24 hours before departure — 25% of the fare is withheld

• less than 24 hours before departure — refund and change are made with retention of up to 100% of the fare

1.5. Application of Fares for Complex Itineraries

1.5.1. If different fares are applied to different segments within one booking, refund and change conditions shall apply separately to each segment.

1.6. No-show

1.6.1. In case of failure of the passenger to appear for the flight, the passenger shall be considered a “no-show”.

1.6.2. From the moment check-in closes, the booking is cancelled, and the seat may be resold by the Carrier to another passenger.

1.6.3. Refund and change conditions in case of no-show are governed by the applicable fare rules.

1.7. Refunds

1.7.1. Refunds shall be processed in accordance with these Rules and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.7.2. Refunds shall be made to the person who paid for the transportation.

1.8. Fees and Charges

1.8.1. Service fees and rebooking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise provided by the fare conditions or applicable law.

1.9. Changes to Booking

1.9.1. Changes to booking are permitted prior to departure, subject to seat availability.

1.9.2. A fee may be charged in accordance with the applicable fare.

1.9.3. In case of a change of departure date, the fare difference and a change fee shall be charged in accordance with the fare conditions.

1.10. Other Conditions

1.10.1. Different fare types may apply within the same booking class depending on seasonality and the date of commencement of transportation.

1.10.2. If the flight is operated by a partner airline, the rules of the operating carrier may apply.
