Domestic animals (cats and dogs) are accepted for air transportation only with prior approval from the airline and are carried in the aircraft cabin.
Required Documents
Passengers must provide the following documents in advance:
- Veterinary health certificate
- Vaccination certificate
- Other documents as required by the destination country’s veterinary authorities
Conditions
The airline accepts for transport:
- Cats and dogs (including brachycephalic breeds)
- Other small domestic animals (with prior airline approval)
- Service dogs
The passenger assumes full responsibility for the animal during the entire journey.
Animals must be transported in a sturdy container/crate with:
- a solid, leak-proof bottom lined with absorbent material
- sufficient ventilation
- a secure locking mechanism
- clear identification (distinct from other baggage)
- protection from unauthorized access
Baggage Allowance and Charges
Animals are not included in the free baggage allowance. A separate fee is charged based on the total weight of the animal and container.
For transport in the cabin:
- Maximum container size: 45×30×25 cm
- Maximum weight: 7 kg (including the animal and the container)
Animals without the required documents will not be accepted for transportation.
Transportation Fee
Domestic animals up to 7 kg (including container): 5000 KGS
(for flights departing from the Kyrgyz Republic).
