Book your seat on board either when booking your flight or later through the booking management system on our website, in the App, or during online check-in, which is available 24 hours before departure. If you have any questions related to your flight, please contact our official representatives or use the contact details provided in the “Contacts” section.
Any seat you select on board costs 250.00 KGS, including all taxes and fees.
Please review the main rules for selecting a seat on board:
- Paid seats are available only on our flights, but some seats may be unavailable for booking.
- Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to purchase paid seats.
- This service is non-refundable.
- For operational or safety reasons, the airline reserves the right to change the purchased seat to another one, even after boarding is complete. Asman Airlines will ensure that an appropriate alternative seat is provided.
- The seat cannot be rebooked to another passenger.
- In case of a flight delay or cancellation that prevents the provision of a similar seat, the passenger may request a refund. The full amount will be refunded at the place of purchase, and the passenger will be assigned a free seat.
- To request a refund, please contact the ticket sales agent who provided the service or visit our official Airline office in Bishkek.
- Seats near emergency exits are only provided to passengers who meet safety requirements. A passenger occupying such a seat must be in good physical condition and able to understand printed and verbal instructions from the crew in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English.
- If a passenger does not meet the safety requirements, airline staff will be forced to provide an alternative seat without the possibility of a refund.
- If a passenger no longer meets the safety requirements, they must contact the office no later than 48 hours before departure to rebook the seat.
